Two High pressure molding lines were introduced since 2018 to improve both quality and quantity. 1000 pieces can be made by 3 shifts of workers in one day. Flatness and qualified rates are far better than those made from normal production lines. Auto glaze spraying machines have been used since 2015 . Every product is sprayed for 40 seconds in 11 turns to ensure 0.8 mm thickness. We have Two new kilns, including one computer kiln. We can produce 1200 piece basin one day.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock,but the customers have
to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q3:Can you do our design?
A: Yes,we can produce by your samples and technical drawings. We can build the
molds and fixtures.
Q4:Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A:Yes,we have 2 times full inspection before loading to make sure products delivered perfect.
Q5:Do you have any other options to solve the shipping problem if it's without
good order quantity?
A: We advise you may buy it with our other goods.Shipping company required 3CBM
quantities, if your order quantities can reach,we can pack them in one or two pallet.
This will save some charge from shipping part.
